Our Culture Through Engagement

We believe that a vibrant company culture which supports and nurtures our employees is so important for our team members to find real purpose in the work they do each day. We focus on continually engaging team members with an organization-wide social engagement platform (called MiGi), multiple unique events throughout the year, town halls, give-back opportunities, unique recognition awards, and so much more. Here are just a few examples of what we are committed to:

AF1 Award

This award has been established to recognize members of our team, team members who fans demand. People that are leaders in the way they think and work. Our goal is for each employee to receive a fresh new pair of iconic Air Force 1’s - a true symbol of innovation.

#MiGiWELL

The #MiGiWELL Program is a wellness program that provides private, individualized wellness coaching alongside other unique benefits free for all of our employees. Our primary advisor is Dr. Heather Denniston (aka "Coach Heather") - our dedicated Wellness Coach! In addition to personalized coaching, we also offer a Floating Holiday that can be used for a wellness day!

Third Thursdays

Each “Third Thursday” of June, July, August & September, we host an All-Company Event. Think Mariner’s Games, wine tasting, trivia, happy hours, escape rooms, kart racing, and an annual Pickle Ball tournament (called the "Big Dill") - experiences to build our culture, establish rapport and build relationships!

MiGi Awards

Our annual MIGI Awards is a peer-driven performance recognition program that acknowledge team member excellence in alignment with our organizational goals. (Think Emmy's or Grammy’s!).

Unlimited Training

We offer an unlimited training budget, as well as higher education tuition reimbursement. Whatever it is, we encourage our team members to present it and let’s discuss!

Giving Back To Our Community

We are committed to providing paid volunteer time enabling us to have a hands-on impact supporting our communities. We also have created a one-of-a-kind partnership with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center to help fund a cure for cancer.
